How To Forward & Reprint Tickets

To resend purchased tickets or to forward tickets to an alternate email address, you will first need to access the account used to purchase your tickets through the MY ACCOUNT tab on the homepage. You will be asked to log in with the email and password used to create the account which purchased the tickets you wish to acess.

If you do not have access to this password, please click on "Forgot your password?" and you will be sent an email to reset it. 
Enter your email address in the boxes and click "Recover Password". An email will be sent to you with a temporary password. Enter your email address and the temporary passord sent to your email account and click "Login".

Your temporary passord will bring up a password expiry area requesting you change your password. Enter the temporary password in the first box, followed by your new password in the boxes below. Click the "Change Password" button to proceed to your account.

Once logged in, you will be able to access details about previous and upcoming purchases by scrolling through the left hand side menu. Click on the "Order History" tab to view your transaction history.

You are able to redeem tickets which you wish to action by clicking the  "Forward/Reprint Tickets" text below the desired order.

A pop-up will appear prompting you to select either individual tickets or all tickets within the order. Check the box of the tickets you would like to have reissued and click the "Continue" button.

You are then able to send the selected tickets to a specified email address of choice.

A message notifying you that the tickets have been emailed to the account of choice. Once completed, the pdf tickets along with an invoice will be sent to your chosen email.

PLEASE NOTE: You will only be able to resend your tickets ONE time, if you try to resend multiple times you will encounter an error. This process creates new ticket with a different ticket barcode. Once resent original barcodes will be cancelled and will no longer work. Be sure that the ticket brought with you to the venue is the ticket which has been resent. Once received these tickets need to be displayed at the venue to gain entry into the event in either printed format or on a smart device.
